Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of deliveryThe product must be purchased directly from yhlpbqtd-USA. If you purchased from an authorized seller, please contact the authorized seller in order to process your return or exchange.Items must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, and include the return form. Returns without the return form, RA#, or items that are returned damaged due to improper shipping or packing will be rejected .Before returning the product, please contact us to obtain the appropriate return address, packaging instructions and a return authorization number (RA#). Returns without the RA# will not be processed .If the item was damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly exchange the product or provide a full refund.We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in new or unused condition.
